Standard Support - Support for businesses that run 8/5 (8 hours, 5 days a week)
Unlimited Remote Support Unlimited remote support means you call us, and a support representative will be online assisting you on your computer to help resolve your problem. Standard support is 8/5 is included. Support during non-business hours may be billed per ticket.
On site support Unlike other IT companies we don't charge your per the hour, only per the incident. So let's say your server is out, we'll be there even if it take 1 or 2 day, and it will count as one ticket, not hourly
Network Monitoring We utilize special software that monitors your network and reports back to our network operations center, to make sure your systems are up and healthly. If a problem is found we call you to notify and dispatch a technican if neccesary.
Proactive approach process Unlike other IT companies, we try to anticpate the problem ahead of time, before it causes your business downtime.
Security and Patch Management We'll patch and run security maintenance on your systems during a quarterly update, or immediately if neccesary.

Unlimited Remote Support Same as our standard plan, but is available 24/7
Unlimited On site support Same as our standard plan, but instead of two tickets a month on site, this is unlimited.
Holiday Support Hours We understand your business is mission critical, and just because everyone else is on vacation your business can't be, so under our extended support plan we have special staff available during the holiday to help you if neccesary.
